Rachelle Schneider serves as a research project manager at the Penn Medicine Center for Digital Health. She earned her bachelor's degree in criminology with a minor in sociology as well as a minor in rehabilitation and human services from Pennsylvania State University. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in social work at the University of Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining the team, Rachelle worked as project coordinator for the Penn Medicine Center for Health Care Innovation's Acceleration Lab. In this role, she was responsible for engaging and coordinating care for patients discharged on intravenous antibiotics in order to improve clinic show rates and reduce readmissions.
Rachelle is interested in what digital footprints can tell us about health and wellness resources in communities with vulnerable populations.
