Kathleen (Kat) Lee serves as the director of clinical implementation for the Center for Health Care Innovation. She is also the director of innovation and an assistant professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine. Kat's work focuses on leveraging digital health enabled strategies to better the value of care for patients, providers, and departments across the health system.
Kat obtained her bachelor's degree in engineering from Princeton University and went on to complete her medical degree at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Kat has received numerous recognitions for her pivotal service work with Trenton, New Jersey, and Baltimore, Maryland youth, including the Princeton University Joseph Clifton Award, the Albert Schweitzer Fellowship, and the Johns Hopkins David E. Rogers Award. Kat completed her emergency medicine training at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
