Digital health data can provide insight into what patients need to advance or maintain their health, while digital technologies provide opportunities for health systems to deliver on those needs.
With this in mind, we launched a competition to crowdsource ideas for projects in which digital health data could be leveraged to improve outcomes, increase patient engagement, reduce inefficiencies in care delivery, or increase patient or caregiver satisfaction.
Individuals from across the health system submitted more than 75 applications over the course of three weeks.
After much deliberation, four teams were chosen to receive $10,000 in seed funding as well as advising support from CDH staff to move their work forward. Learn more about the winners below.
